AIRSCREAM’s published Privacy Policy explains the personal data it may collect, why it is used, how it may be shared and retained, and the choices available to users.
3ml flavour draw
When you submit the homepage flavour form, we record your email address, selected flavour, browser entry identifier, entry time and the marketing consent described on the form. The homepage form states that submitting your email agrees to AIRSCREAM South Africa marketing emails; it does not provide a separate optional marketing checkbox.
Individual entry records are stored in AIRSCREAM South Africa’s website database and are not displayed publicly. The public leaderboard shows aggregate flavour totals, not entrants’ email addresses.
Marketing preferences
The Make Me A Winner entry form has a separate optional marketing checkbox. Its selection is recorded with the entry. For questions about marketing preferences or to request a change, contact support.
